I has been a long SLOW process with loads of delays, but the Model Home is nearing completion... FINALLY. In this video, I'll give you a tour of the nearly completed model home & show you drone footage of the community so you can see how things are coming along.
The MOST Exciting news is that my FIRST SALE is OFFICIAL. We were able to work through the last minute change required by the city with the home buyer. I'm still not getting a lot of traffic, but the three people that I met on Saturday were all solid potential buyers. I can feel the momentum coming on & I expect sales to take off here real soon especially because Alpine Homes is offering the BEST VALUE in the area.
