I’m excited to see our model home is moving along quickly now, as we have finished framing the home. But, unfortunately I am finding it hard to meet potential buyers because most people want to tour a model home. I was able to stop a few people and get them pricing today and I am hopeful those people will lead to sales. It was 97° outside today and pretty hard to breathe, but I stayed busy and even did a tour of the model home in its current stage. That video is also available today on YouTube.
