No Model Home. No Air Conditioning. Sometimes it's tough being a New Home Sales Person. Today was the first day opening a brand new community. Unfortunately, our model home has just barely started construction & I drastically underestimated the importance of having a model home for people to walk through. It was a long, slow, hot... painful day, but things will get better as the model home comes together. This video should make you smile though as I attempted to make things fun. This video will also show all the nuances of opening a new community and some of the work involved with the preparation & trying to make a sale. I'm anxious to start selling homes & so is the builder.
One of my biggest frustrations of the day was that the Richmond American Homes model home was busy all day but for whatever reason, people wouldn't walk or drive over to get pricing from me. I need a strategy!
